How can I redeem my NCoin card?
To be able to redeem your NCoin Card, you first need an NCSoft account (see above for how to create one). Once you have an account, simply follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your NCSOFT account.
2. Go to “My Account” and select “Apply a Code”.
3. Here you can enter the NCoin code you received from us by email.
4. Click on “Activate” and the code will be made available in the NCoin tab.
6. Click on “Apply” to redeem the code.
7. Now that the NCoin Card code has been redeemed you can start spending your NCoins in one of the NCSOFT games hops.
